As an Attorney with this firm, you will assist clients with a variety of legal needs, including estate planning, civil dispute resolution, business formation and counsel, and general legal matters. You will play a critical role in developing personalized legal strategies, building lasting client relationships, and providing sound legal advice tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives.
• Advising clients on business matters such as entity formation, contracts, compliance, and general corporate governance.
• Representing clients in general legal matters, including dispute resolution, real estate transactions, and family business succession planning.
• Developing comprehensive legal strategies that address clients’ immediate and long-term objectives.
• Conducting legal research and drafting opinions, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their unique goals and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions for clients.

• Active Virginia State Bar license (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, business law, or general legal practice.
• Proven ability to draft complex legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• A commitment to ethical standards, professionalism, and collaboration.

• Experience advising family-owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with advanced estate planning techniques, such as irrevocable trusts and charitable giving strategies.
