As Client Support, you are responsible for facilitating a warm and family-like atmosphere.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests (including clients, potential clients, vendors, and partners) according to company standards, anticipate and address clients’ needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank clients with genuine appreciation.
Help maintain overall order to the branch. Tidy up after client meetings and clients. Ensure the branch is always meeting brand standards.
Answer and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Effectively communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns.
Schedule client appointments using the Employer’s software system.
Request and process client payments and ensure accurate billing information.
Collect payment retainers from clients and verify outgoing client service agreements match pricing and specify the parameters of the working relationship.
Enter and record all project/matter/case information into Employer’s practice management software, including entering all time working on client projects/matters, uploading documents, enter and recording phone and email communications.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Prepare documents, such as letters, contracts, dispositions, and pleadings, accurately and in a timely manner.
Organize and manage client files, documents, and exhibits.
File documents with state and federal courts.
Assist attorneys and other team members in providing effective customer results built on sold relationships that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other team members.
Assist with local business-to-business and direct consumer initiatives to educate and support customers in current legal issues.
Assist in the execution of Employer’s comprehensive local business plan focused on the growth of market share and obtaining new clients and developing new business with existing clients.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
