Before legal work begins

  1. Contact the Client Intake Team. Share your planning question, timing, and contact details. The team reviews fit and the appropriate office; this is not a legal-advice consultation.
  2. Understand the proposed next steps. If the matter is a fit, the team explains the proposed scope, fees, any required initial deposit, and how to arrange an attorney consultation when appropriate. A lawyer consultation is not automatic for every inquiry.
  3. Establish a separate legal engagement. Legal services require an engagement with the applicable independently owned and operated law firm. The applicable agreement governs the scope, fees, deposits, and consultation arrangements.

Relevant Management Services, LLC (RMS) owns the Relevant Law brand and provides nonlegal back-office support. Independent law firms, not RMS, provide legal services and exercise legal judgment.
