Your Background

We are currently seeking a talented Website Graphic Designer with a deep understanding of User Experience (UX) Design for a part-time contract position. Your role will involve leveraging your proven track record in graphic design and UX, creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also user-centric. A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing a variety of web design projects, especially those that highlight your UX design skills and ability to solve design problems creatively.

Your proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar, is crucial. Additionally, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is required, allowing you to understand how your designs are implemented on the web. Effective communication and collaboration skills are key, as you will be working closely with web developers, project managers, and other team members to bring projects to successful completion.

Who You Are

  • Love learning. You’re teachable and always eager to learn.
  • You don't just jump into the task, before you dive in, you analyze situations to provide the best possible outcome.
  • Self-sufficient. You are the mini-CEO of your own work.
  • You are comfortable shuffling/shifting priorities on a dime.
  • Passionate and Customer-Focused. You enjoy meeting new people, engaging in conversations, and creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Ownership Minded and Goal-oriented. You have an ownership mentality and take responsibility for your work in a self-organized manner to get things done. You will get guidance and assistance whenever you want/need it, but it will be up to you to make sure it gets done. If someone asks what the status of a project is, you have a finish-line focused answer ready to go.
  • Leadership-minded. You are a leader who is driven to help others.
  • Extreme attention to detail and committed to following through with making sure tasks are completed effectively.
