* Consultations are unlimited for general legal advisory guidance within the scope of your plan and are subject to the fair use policy. Complex matters requiring dedicated attorney time, such as transactions, entity formations, or litigation support, are scoped and quoted separately at preferred member rates. Contract review page limits refer to standard-format legal documents; oversized or non-standard documents may count toward limits differently. Document vault storage is measured in calendar-month cycles; unused storage does not roll over. Business plan includes Relevant AI Business ($200/mo value).
