This role will partner across teams to help drive success in litigation and dispute resolution challenges for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Drives the litigation and dispute resolution brand through best practice approaches.
• Dissect and analyze best outcome scenarios and approaches to help ensure desirable client outcomes.
• Manages client litigation needs, including dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlement by leveraging research, passion, and drive, planning, interpreting success, and strategic planning.
• Designs and implements litigation and dispute resolution strategies focused on favorable outcomes and best practices to improve client success.
• Works and exchanges information with team members through meetings, presentations, and analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert to consult and communicate with clients and team members to guide and set objectives and expectations.
• Determine what client cases to accept and take on.

Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
Must be open to adopt and use new technology and law practice processes.
